Role and Responsibilities:-
1. Understanding the manpower requirements.
2. Sourcing the relevant profiles from various portals ( Naukri, Social Media, LinkedIn etc.,)
3. Telephonically screening the sourced profiles.
4. Maintaining records on Excel.
5. Lining up candidates according to the parameters.
6. Follow-up with the candidates.
7. Scheduling job interviews and assisting about the interview process.
8. Self involvement in Preliminary telephonic interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations ( position, salary, relocation etc,.)
9. Good knowledge of Salary Negotiation.
