Gujarat Pollution Control Board allowed, hazardous and other wastes to be stored by occupiers beyond 90 days.
This order may cease to operate from the date of lifting of lockdown by government. During this period the occupier shall ensure safe storage of hazardous waste so that there is no adverse impact on the environment.
